Shane has worked in media and creative arts ministry for more than 20 years. He began his ministry journey as the Creative Arts Director for Southeast Christian Church, marrying media and storytelling in a megachurch environment to bring the Gospel to life. Then as the founder and Artistic Director of City on a Hill Productions, he led a team of media missionaries in the creation of cinematic church resources, television series, and feature films. Most recently as an independant producer for TBN, he has crafted content across the genres of drama, reality TV, documentary, and live television. Shane's desire to build and shepherd a church was born of his experience attending the Bethel School of supernatural ministry. He is passionate about reaching online communities with the love of Jesus, and is excited to apply his creative and technical abilities to vision of creating a uniquely online church for online people. Shane is married to the beautiful and brilliant Cassie Arza, and is the richly blessed father to 11 amazing kids.
